Welcome to the Everleigh Village Website

The small, quiet village of Everleigh, consisting of two parts, East Everleigh and Lower Everleigh, is set on the North East edge of Salisbury Plain in Wiltshire.

Everleigh boasts all of the essential amenties, the local pub - The Crown Hotel , its very own Indian Restaurant -The Goa Balti , Richard Hannon's Stables, Everleigh Farm Shop as well as a bus stop or two, as well as offering unspoilt countryside, peace and quiet and easy access to Collingbourne Woods and Savernake Forest, offers miles of woodland and pathways, perfect for outdoor pursuits if you are that way inclined.

Whilst not brimming over with local attractions, Everleigh boasts historical links to royalty and famous people of their day, archaeology and being the 'playground' for the Armed Forces both on Salisbury Plain and over it, with Everleigh being on the flightpath for a designated Drop Zone.

Everleigh falls under the Tidworth Community Area , which covers the following parishes of Chute, Chute Forest, Collingbourne Ducis, Collingbourne Kingston, Everleigh, Tidcombe and Fosbury , Netheravon, Enford, Fittleton and the town's of Ludgershall and Tidworth (including Perham Down).  The local area is covered by a community radio station, called Castledown Radio , based in Ludgershall.

The aim of this website is to act as a resource for the village of Everleigh as well as to anyone who happens to stumble across it. Please check out the News Pages for the latest updates, Neighbourhood Bulletins from the local Police,  the Everleigh Outlook for the archives of our local village newsletter, the online Photo Gallery, our external weblinks page.
