Feedback from the TAB meeting  attended 21st November 2011 :

 

Olympics 2012. The Olympic Torch will be travelling through the TAB area on Wed 11 Jul - Tidworth, Ludgershll, Wellington Academy

Help For Heroes - Tedworth House. H4H gave an excellent presentation on their Tedworth House Rehabilitation Centre. Their purpose is to inspire, enable and support wounded servicemen/women to return to the military or transition to civilian life. They are currently in a transition phase, with portacabin accommodation for 26 wounded troops. The new wing is due to be complete in Sep 12 (official opening) when capacity will then be for 50 residents.

Wilts Police Report: Attached.  Crime is down 5% in the Tidworth area over the past 12 months, although burglaries have increased.  November 2011 Police Update Report 439.43 Kb

Tidworth Area Community Awards. This annual event takes place on 25 Apr next year at the Wellington Academy.  Guidance notes will be issued on 16 Jan and bids are due in by 30 Mar.

Next TAB Meeting: Mon 16 Jan at the Wellington Academy at 6pm. At this meeting Grants will be awarded for Youth Initiatives and the Diamond Jubillee.
