TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF: A338 SALISBURY ROAD (PART) CHOLDERTON

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wiltshire County Council intends to make/has made an
Order to close temporarily to all traffic:
A338 SALISBURY ROAD (PART) CHOLDERTON; from its junction with Church Lane in a
northerly direction to its junction with Parkhouse Corner Roundabout for its entire length.
to enable
Wiltshire County Council to carry out major maintenance to the road.
c ALTERNATIVE ROUTE:
Via A338 SALISBURY - A345 AMESBURY - A303 PARKHOUSE CORNER AND VICE
VERSA.
The closure will be clearly indicated by traffic signs throughout the works period.
This Order will come into force on 5TH JANUARY 2009, and it is anticipated the work will take
TWELVE WEEKS to complete. The Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months.
