You may have read in the Courier this month about voting for better broadband in our area. This can be done on http://www.racetoinfinity.bt.com/ but we need to have 75% of users voting before BT will engage with the community to improve the service. So far only 17% (some 117 out of 671) have voted in the Collingbourne and Everleigh area and we only have until 31 Dec to vote.
