Eat Nourish Love (ENL) Autumn Fair 2025 – Day 2

24 September 2025 @ 9:30 am - 4:30 pm

The Eat Nourish Love (ENL) Autumn Fair 2025 (formerly the Early Early Christmas Fair) will take place on Tuesday, September 23rd and Wednesday, September 24th at Tedworth Park, Tidworth, Wiltshire SP9 7AH. This year’s event will again be in support of Walking with the Wounded and Horatio’s Garden.

Held on the stunning Polo Grounds adjacent to Tedworth House, this two-day event promises, yet again, an outstanding innovative shopping experience. Here you will discover a carefully chosen array of delectable, locally sourced foodstuffs, the latest in accessible fashion, wellness and beauty products, personalised stationery and stunning art. The Fair also offers a wide range of choices for home and garden, including both stylish and practical items. Thoughtful gifts for men, women, teens, children, and babies are available, along with Christmas ideas, delightful stocking fillers, and many other treasures. There is something for everyone. And then a bit more…

With ample parking, beautiful surroundings, and convenient facilities, the Fair is perfect for a day out—or even two.

This year’s inspiring talks at the Eat Nourish Love Autumn Fair include, Brilliant Nutrition for Brilliant Brains with Lucinda Miller, Founder and Clinical Lead of NatureDoc, sponsored by Hazlegrove Prep School & King’s School, Bruton (King’s Bruton Foundation); Beauty at Every Stage of Life with Grace Fodor in conversation with Alison Cork—author, broadcaster, and champion of women in the economy; Millie Mackintosh discussing her new book and the sober curious movement; and Eve Cameron, journalist and yoga teacher, sharing the transformative power of breathwork and meditation. There will also be a mini live gut-health cooking demo with Georgie Soskin and Caroline Waldgrave.

A key highlight is a panel on longevity and healthspan led by Dr Louise Newson, a leading physician, women’s hormone specialist, and member of the UK Government’s Menopause Taskforce. On Tuesday evening, Lieutenant General Sir Simon Mayall, KBE, CB—a distinguished military leader and expert in Middle Eastern history—will deliver his powerful talk The House of War: Decoding the Modern Middle East, sponsored by Aspire Defence Ltd. Also featured is Empowering Yourself and Others Through Fashion, a conversation between radio and television presenter Matthew Stadlen and Emma Wills, founder of the eponymous Jermyn Street shirt-making business.
