Due to the location, nature of event and licensing criteria we have a strict number of tickets available. So in an effort to allow as many of the local community to attend, the organising committee has once again decided to release the tickets to individuals with local connections. The criteria we have set, of which only one need apply, are as follows:
• A resident in the villages of Collingbourne Ducis, Collingbourne Kingston or Everleigh;
• A parent or guardian of a child at Collingbourne Primary School;
• Contribute or affiliated to a local club or group based in any of the three villages; or
• Work or employed in any of the three villages.
Tickets are allocated on a first come first served basis, so please act early to avoid disappointment.
We would also like to take this opportunity to thank the sponsors who continue to support this event. If you or your company would like to sponsor one of our barrels of beer then please get in touch by emailing sponsors@collingbournebeerfest.co.uk and we’ll send you over a sponsorship form.
About Collingbourne Beerfest

Highlights of Beerfest 2024 will include:
- a real ale bar feature twelve local beers straight from the keg;

- our ever-popular cider wall – showcasing an array of flavours;

- draught lager and cider, for a chilled, fresh pint;

- the Gin & Fizz Bar for those that need something a little bubbly;

- live music from several different local artists;

- and of course our BBQ – for when hunger strikes!

The last event was a huge success, and helped raise £6,000 for local clubs and organisations. This fantastic sum of money enabled us to support a dozen projects over the last two years. A few highlights include a new outdoor theatre for Collingbourne Primary School; a new mat for Collingbourne Short Mat Bowls Club; a new indoor role-play area for Dragonflies Pre-school; and the funding of coaching courses for Collingbourne Cricket Club to enable the club to restart the much needed youth section. The grants we hand out – whether large or small – can help make a huge difference for these clubs, and we’re hoping Beerfest 2024 will prove just as successful.
We would also like to take this opportunity to thank the sponsors who continue to support this event. Without their help Beerfest could simply not happen. A handful of sponsorship opportunities still exist, so if you’re interested, please get in touch by emailing sponsors@collingbournebeerfest.co.uk and we’ll send you over a sponsorship form.
