I hereby give you notice that the Parish Council Meeting of the above named Parish Council will be held in Collingbourne Ducis Village Hall at 7.00pm on Tuesday 4^th March 2025.

All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the meeting as set out hereunder.

Members of the Public who wish to ask questions regarding items on the agenda are to notify the Clerk in writing at parishclerk@everleigh.org  at least 48 hours before the meeting.  Moreover, it would be appreciated if attendees could notify the Clerk of their attendance to parishclerk@everleigh.org

1. Planning:  To consider Planning Applications as received from Wiltshire Coucil.

11.1   PL/2024/10610 – Lower House Farm.  Retrospective planning application submitted

          for conversion and rebuild of 6 barns into a single dwelling house. Lead:  Cllr Bottomley.

11.2   PL/2024/04371 – 6 Pigleaze Cottages.  Full planning permission for the extension of the

          existing house, resulting in 2 independent dwellings.  Lead: Cllr Bottomley.

11.3   PL/2022/02731 – Lower House Farm.  Change of use and refurbishment of

                        existing agricultural barns for commercial use B8 (Storage and Distribution) and B2 (General

                        Industrial) and repositioning of access.  Lead:  Cllr Bottomley.

             11.4   PL/2025/00379 – Quickset House.  Proposed orangery to the East of existing house.
