- General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). To receive a report on the preparations required by the Council for the implementation of the GDPR in order that the Council is compliant with the GDPR by 25 May 18 and to note that Cllr Bottomley is the Data Protection Officer and Data Controller for the Council and to consider the appointment of Data Processor. Lead: Cllr Bottomley.
- Marlborough Road Speed Limit. To consider a request from Marlborough Road residents to have the speed limit reviewed. Lead: Cllr Bottomley.
- Forecast of Events. To consider previously circulated draft 2018 Forecast of Events.

- Date of future meetings. To confirm the date of the next meeting as Monday 14 May 2018 with the Annual Parish Meeting staring at 7.00pm in Collingbourne Ducis School to be followed by the Annual Meeting of the Parish Council.
