All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the meeting as set out hereunder.

5.1. 15/10780/FUL – Consider planning application at Merle House SN8 3EY for erection of a conservatory on a front elevation of the property and to erect further 1.8m fence panel
to the NW along the existing line of the fence between Leyfield House and Merle House.
Date of future meetings. Confirm the date of the next meeting as 7.00pm on Monday 11 January 2016 to be held in Collingbourne School.
