A question that came into the website recently
I was just wondering if anyone has any memories of an archaeological dig carried out in the 1950’s at Snail Down by Nicholas Thomas. I understand that many of the team stayed in the area of Everleigh. There was an artist (Rhoda Dawson) who produced a water-colour of the site being excavated and I am trying to find out more about her. If anyone does recall this lady I would love to hear from them.
