Minutes of an Extraordinary Meeting of the Parish Council held
at Collingbourne Ducis Village Hall on Thursday 19th December 2024

Present: Cllr K Wheeler-Mallows (vice Chair), Cllr A Earle, Cllr H Waight,
Cllr P Evans, Cllr L Wheeler-Mallows and Cllr T Martin.
In Attendance: Ms H Boulton (Parish Clerk);
Read more: Everleigh Parish Council Draft Minutes – Extraordinary Meeting 19th December 2024- Chair’s Opening Remarks. The Chair announced that the purpose of the meeting was to set the budget and precept for the next financial year, FY 2025-26.
- Apologies for Absence: None.
- Declaration of Interest in Items on the Agenda. None declared.
- General Public. No members of the public were present.
- Budget FY 2025-26. After discussion, Cllrs RESOLVED:
- To utilize the Parish Council Reserve to fund the Bonfire Night until proceeds from the event are realized.
- To agree the budget for FY 2025-26 as circulated and consequently to set the precept for the next FY as £4220.84, which is an increase of £1.83 / 4.21% pa for Band D properties.
- Date of Next Meeting: The date of the next meeting was confirmed as Tuesday 4th March at 7.00 pm at the Collingbourne Ducis Village Hall.
