As you are probably aware, some Everleigh residents suffered from a loss of phone service on the 23rd March @ 12:30 (ish), with some service being restored 24th March @ 16:15ish
Can I please stress the importance of making sure that you register a fault with your telephone service provider as soon as you have an issue.
By raising a fault on all lines concerned, it allows the telecoms companies to see that it may be a larger problem than just one or two specific households/businesses and it may entitle you to claim compensation for loss of service, if thi sis part of your telephone contract.
I’ve not heard the official reason for the outage yet, if I found out I’ll let you all know.
