I hereby give you notice that the next Meeting of the above named Parish Council will be held in The Crown Hotel, Everleigh on Monday 6 September 2010 at 7.00pm.


All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the meeting as set out hereunder.


The public and press are invited to attend.

  1. Planning. To consider Planning Applications as received from Kennet District Council.


  1. Property. To receive a report and consider any necessary action.

    1. Update on Play Area Development from Working Group.

    1. To receive Current Liquidity statement and bank reconciliation.

    2. To note receipt of Annual return from External Auditors with nil comments and posting of conclusion of audit notice on 14 August 2010.

    3. To authorise cheques for payment and those cheques issued since last meeting.

      1. 345 AB-FAB Loos Ltd – £82.25.

      2. 346 Castledown Radio – £100.

      3. 347 Mazars Audit Fees -£334.88

    4. To review current budget and to consider authorising spending for next phase of play ground project.

    5. Consider Grant. St John’s Ambulance.

    6. Note all receipts since last meeting.


  1. Road Safety

    1. Consider Wilts County reply to speed review comments.

    2. Consider 50 mph speed limit in lower Everleigh.

    3. Consider pull in at bus shelter.

  1. Village Events.

    1. Picnic/Barbeque. Receive post event update from Cllr Matton.

    2. Fireworks Event. Receive update from Cllr Copp.

    3. Litter Pick. Confirm date and format.


  1. AOB. Exchange of Information, to include report from County Councillor and items for the next meeting.


  1. Date of future meetings. Confirm the date of the next meeting as Monday 1 November 2010 at 7.00pm in the Crown Hotel.
